FPCA annual membership is $20 and dues are renewed in September of each year.

Residents who maintain membership are entitled to vote on matters that control the direction of the community association and its recommendations to the city & state.

​

You are not required to be a paying member to participate in our meetings or most events.

​

You may be able to claim your membership dues as a charitable donation on your income taxes.

​

Membership is limited to current residents of at least 18 years of age, living within our geographic boundaries.
