Membership

FPCA annual membership is $10/person and dues are renewed in January of each year. Please note that we are changing from a $20/household to a $10/person model in 2026.

Residents who maintain membership are entitled to vote on matters that control the direction of the community association and its recommendations to the city & state.

​

You are not required to be a paying member to attend our meetings or most events.

​

You may be able to claim your membership dues as a charitable donation on your income taxes.

​

Membership is limited to current residents of at least 18 years of age, living within our geographic boundaries.

​​

Businesses may support the organization through our sponsorship programs, but may not vote on community association business. Click HERE for more information on sponsorship opportunities.​
